Waddy Baptist approached JCA with some serious projection issues due to a recent lighting strike, and along with that, wanted to get their audio updated as well. After a projection demo and discussing the possibility of using large TV’s, Waddy Baptist decided to go with the TV’s, complete with a TV for stage display, new floorboxes, main speaker, amp rack, and floor monitors!
Their new video system comprises of two 75” main displays, a 55” stage display, all run using a brand new iMac running Propresenter 7. For sound, one Martin Audio CDD12 coveres the entire audience area with ease and with much more clarity than the older wall mount speakers. Community MX8 monitors replaced old hotspots, and a Allen&Heath QU-24 digital console now makes mixing it all a breeze with room to grow!
