What services does JCA provide?
-JCA provides project design, implementation, and training for anything AVL related.  If it deals it a speaker, projector, light, or a camera, we can install or service it!  

What is the price for a site visit?
-Site visits are always free!

​Does JCA offer service contracts?  What do they cost?
-Yes we do! Each one is customized to fit each individual clients technology and maintenance needs.

How much is a service call?
-Service calls have a base rate of $200 then are $100 per man hour.  Nights and weekends are double that rate, and holidays are triple.

Will JCA install equipment that isn't purchased through them?
-Yes, but JCA will only handle warranties for gear purchased and installed by us.

Can I buy products from JCA and install them myself?
-Yes, we consider that a box sale 

What forms of payment do you accept?
-Check, ACH payment (no fee), credit card with a 3% fee

Does JCA offer financing?
-We do not offer it directly, but some of our distributors do for major purchases.

Does your work come with a warranty?
-Yes, our work has a lifetime workmanship warranty 

Are you licensed/insured to work in my area?
-Yes, we take care of obtaining any necessary business licenses 

If I choose JCA, how long will it take for my work to be completed?
-This will vary depending on product availability, project scope and timeline 

What brands do you work with?
-We work with the top brands in the industry, and if we don't currently have it, but you want it, we will get it!
